LG Dryer Repair

I called this company to have my LG dryer fixed (wasn't heating up). They sent someone to fix it and told me it was a venting issue. Charged me 360$ and replaced the thermal fuse (10$ dollar part as I have further found out). The dryer worked for 2 loads and then blew again. The company was very hard to reach but after tracking them down, a week later they came to look at my dryer AGAIN. They told me my dryer needed to be vented correctly and swore it was the venting that caused it to break again. They however repaired the same part (thermal fuse) and charged me 200 dollars which Inpaid to him in cash so that I could avoid the tax. I have now paid 560$ total. I looked the repair guy in the eyes and said "if we fix the venting issue the way you recommended and the dryer breaks again, will you honor your word and come back to fix this dryer free of charge" he says 100% it's the venting and of course if it doesn't work he will come back no questions asked. I do 2 more loads of laundry after we pay for and HvAC guy to revent and the dryer breaks for a third time. I call the company and the repair man directly and no one answers the phone. 1 month later and I am still trying to get my money back as I have no working dryer! We are going to take legal action as I cannot stand them getting away with this. I would never recommend this awful company to anyone EVER. This has been a nightmare!

Showed up late. Barely did any work. Did not provide me with a quote and then billed me $300 for 40mins of work. I tried calling the company after and received no customer service. This company is a shell.

appliance repair

1) showed up 2+ hours late, no apology and kept letting us know he was 20 minutes away.

2) charged more then agreed to on phone

3) rude service, owner hung up + rude repair man

4) said it was hard to service DT toronto because of parking (think thats part of YOUR service call and we are by lakeshore, don't take it if there is an issue.)

Would not work or recommend to anyone.

Would not use this company ever again! Repair guy could not replace my power cord on first visit because he didn't have part, had to wait until shop opened on Monday. On the Monday he scratched my hardwood floor ! Because mother-in law didn't see it, i noticed when i got home and phoned. Guy kepted saying are you sure he did it? Of course I'm sure! MANY unanswered calls later it is still unresolved! Never again will use this company!

Stove repair

I had a service man come, before he came, I was advised on the phone that the service charge would be 75 dollars unless we agreed to fix it . Then it would be only labour plus parts. I pointed out what was quoted on the phone and he suddenly remembers that for this month there is $25.00 off the service charge. The serviceman said it is always a service charge plus parts and labour extra. I read the reviews and thought they seemed trustworthy. I think this was very unprofessional. I have a bad taste in my mouth like I have been taken. I at least know who not to recommend to my friends.

Washer repair

Don't waste your time. Ben does not have the decency to call back after calling and leaving messages 5 times in a week and a half. Technician diagnosed 5yr old washer and had to return with new part. Paid Tech over $400. New part did not fix the problem. Tried too many times leaving messages for Ben to call me back. Cut my losses. After fuming I bought a new washer.
