Rob did all the trim work on our 1912 house, there were lots of challenges but he handled every one like a pro. Every time I look at the windows and see how he ripped tiny pieces to fill the gaps around every window before trimming them I am amazed. The baseboards, the doors, the wonky attic hatch on our very old, very imperpefect not at all level or straight or square house all trimmed out to perfection. The custom double bunk bed he built is EPIC, everyone comments on how beautiful it is and I know it will last the next 18 years until our children all move out. It was all done on budget, on time and with a smile. I am so glad we found Rob and he agreed to finish our lovely little home.

I often find what I am looking for, love searching through the clearance items for the best deals and the sales for members can be really great. The staff is hit and miss, some are knowledgeable and avid sew enthusiasts and some are not.

We received our quoted very quickly, the information package presented with our quote is very detailed and well put together. The work was scheduled quickly and our questions were answered promptly. We have an old house with ship lap and were told by other companies that it would have to be replaced, Done Right said that it may be in good enough condition to shingle over, it was not. They resheeted and finished the work quickly. We were a little disappointed with the clean up, we have a little guy and we have already found a few nails on the ground a few cigarrette butts. Other than that they were quick, friendly, professional and on time.

Glad to hear you found our sales package to be detailed and well put together, we've spent a good deal of time getting it all organized to what its become today. Ship lap roof's can often be tough to tell if it needs replacement or not until it's all torn of and exposed to look it as an entire surface A company motto we have internally is, "honest is the best policy" and if we feel there's a chance something doesn't need replacing and can save the homeowner that money, we wont replace something that doesn't need it just to make a few extra dollars of you. Once everything was torn was and we could see it did in fact need it, of course then we did need to do the replacement to get the job was done correctly for you.

I'm sorry to hear about your clean up experience & would like to offer to send someone back out there to do another 'once over' for you. Minus a few hiccups, sounds like you had a good experience with us & I'm more then happy to get someone back out there to cleanup whatever was missed for you.

Trevor came to do our annual maintenance on our furnace and hot water tank. He was thorough and explained everything to us and took pictures to show us what he was talking about. When he told us we needed a new hot water tank he set up an appointment when both my husband and I were available and again explained everything to us and gave us a number of options. He came back the next day with Mike and installed the water heater. They were courteous and clean and went over everything after they finished. Their products come with a great warranty and they back up their work.
