I actually bought a condo (not a stand alone home - just couldn't find their condo page for this review) from Claridge at LeBreton Flats. There were a few little headaches throughout the process, but this being my first real estate purchase I don't have much of a benchmark. I've heard others' horror stories from other builders, so I'm not complaining. Once we worked that out (a small mix-up with one of my upgraded fixtures) I was good to go. My place is designed well, modern, and in a great location (close to where I work downtown).
