Sean C from Mr.Rooter came exactly on time and reviewed the area. The plumbing in the kitchen turned out not to be fully up to code (no surprise to me given other projects I had completed in the house) so this - in addition to the removal of the garbage - was quoted. Sean did a terrific job of walking me through everything that was required and why and was extremely patient with me; answering all of my questions. I agreed to the quote and he immediately started and completed the entire job. He did a terrific job and I will be asking for him specifically the next time I call Mr.Rooter for my next project.
