The plumbing in the kitchen turned out not to be fully up to code (no surprise to me given other projects I had completed in the house) so this - in addition to the removal of the garbage - was quoted. Sean did a terrific job of walking me through everything that was required and why and was extremely patient with me; answering all of my questions.
