An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Gavin!! Just a short note to thank you (and your company) for the great service we have experienced. From the time (just before Christmas) when our old furnace started making strange noises, we figured there was only one company to go with...the same one that had been giving great service for the past twenty years. My expectations were exceeded!! The people who handled our first emergency call (on a Sunday morning!) were very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The tech who came out was promptly on time, figured out the problem in no time, and did a great job of giving us advice and all our options. Meeting with you was a pleasure. It seemed that you genuinely had our best interests at heart, and we are very happy with the deal you put together! I know that if we have any trouble in the future, you will be very quick to find a resolution! Finally, the crew that came to install the new furnace did a great job. Very friendly, had the heat back on in no time, explained everything and made sure we understood how to work everything, including that new-fangled thermostat! Once they were done, the place was spotless! The only issue we are having is that the house seems to be too dry now. As per our discussion on the phone the other day, we will soon make arrangements to have a humidifier installed, and get the ducts cleaned. 20 years of experience with Superior has shown us that we have been dealing with a company based on customer service.
