I have had a Homewater filter in my home for ten years and it has been easy to maintain. I contacted customer services today to arrange a change in my monthly payment options. It was actually a pleasant experience. The Homewater customer support rep answered quickly, listened to my concern and helped me with the change I needed efficiently. I was impressed with her pleasant manner and the whole experience.
