We used this company through our builder and added many upgrades. The most expensive was the added $3000 for upgrading to the 9-light windows in our great room. Beautiful outcome... But it's a lot of window to cover! We also upgraded to the Eco-r5 windows which add an extra layer of coating (r1 value).... Honestly don't know how much it helped, but I hope it does. They were already low-E. if it wasn't so expensive we would have gone to triple pane windows instead, but would have to upgrade to alluminum frame too, which was way out of our budget. Otherwise, the windows are beautiful but expensive.

Our driveway was done by Burnco through our builder, but I loved the job so much I asked them to do our patio as well. We dealt with Bob, and had aggregate concrete done. I specifically asked for washed, not sandblasted, as I felt it looked nicer. Really nicely done and even on the driveway. Back patio not quite as perfect but good enough. We get lots of compliments on our driveway!!!

I love the finishings in this condo. Came with granite countertops, laminate flooring, 9 ft ceilings, and an option to upgrade my cabinetry which was already awesome for its use of space. Great storage in this unit, for the size. Also love the underground parking with underground visitor parking. Problem is i think the neighbours downstairs can hear us sometimes. Good thing I'm on the top floor. Upgrades are really pricey though. I only added extra bar lights and extended the cabinet height. Everything else was included in the price. If I wanted the upgraded package it was a crazy amount... and not really nicer than their base model, which is already majorly upgraded compared to other condos out there.
