From the start, Or (yes his name is Or) the salesman was informative and professional, answering all my questions and providing a clear fair priced estimate. Fabio, the project coordinator was thorough as he explained what the guys were going to do and what to expect from the whole experience. He kept in contact with them regularly and ensured everything ran smoothly. Lucas and Gustavo were diligent and meticulous in their work as well as being sweet and pleasant to deal with. They always sent me a text letting me know what time they were coming, they showed great attention to detail and left my home clean and tidy after the job was done. Overall, I highly recommend Patch Dudes for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. I now have a flat ceiling that flows from one room into the other for a more modern feel. From the moment I met Sam I felt completely comfortable. He was not only the official engineer, but he was also the one working on my structural wall tear down. He brought another gentleman named Glenn with him and together they were clean and professional and very knowledgeable in their respective jobs. I had a 16 1/2 ft steel beam installed and a couple of heating ducts rerouted and all was accomplished efficiently as promised. I truly feel I can sleep at night knowing the job was done right. I called Hani for decorating advice because I felt overwhelmed with the number of changes I wanted to make in my house, as well as needing guidance in making those changes. I saw she had gorgeous designs that were innovative and classy, as well as having excellent reviews on Homestars..so I knew she was the one to contact. She came to my house for an initial walk through and recommended things I could never dream up myself. She really knows her stuff.
