Couldn't be happier with our open concept home

Markham

Had a complex job to remove a structural wall which required multiple support beams.
Sami was great at assessing the work to be completed and recommending the solution that would suit my vision/goal best.

Wall Removal

Main Floor Structural Wall Removal

From the moment I met Sam I felt completely comfortable. He was not only the official engineer, but he was also the one working on my structural wall tear down. He brought another gentleman named Glenn with him and together they were clean and professional and very knowledgeable in their respective jobs. I had a 16 1/2 ft steel beam installed and a couple of heating ducts rerouted and all was accomplished efficiently as promised. I truly feel I can sleep at night knowing the job was done right. Thanks again guys. You have my number one recommendation!
