After a great initial consultation over the phone with Richard, and a subsequent site visit from one of his employees, I booked Reel Services to complete the addition of a dryer line and update the electrical in one of my basement apartments. Richard's team did great work. Quality, care, and attention to detail. They do what they say their going to do and they charge you what they say they will. I work with a lot of trades and this can be a surprisingly difficult set of qualities to find. Richard is a man of honour. Easy to work with. Great at what he does. What more could you ask for?

We hired Royal York Roofing in 2011 to redo the roof of our home and garage. We recently noticed some water infiltration at the base of our skylight. After sending an estimator to assess the situation, Pavel booked Dennis to do the necessary repairs. Dennis was easy to talk to and he did a great job repairing the roof.
