We hired Scott and his team twice, once for our main floor overhaul where we removed a lot of dated material from our home (wainscotting, multiple types of flooring, update to the stairs and a new window (within the home). When we first engaged Scott, we had grand plans, but when walking through the home with him, he gave us logical options that would help maximize our home and our renovation dollar. I wanted open doorways opened wider, but with them being load bearing, a suggestion of a window within the wall won us over and saved us thousands of dollars. The outcome, Spectaular! Everyone who sees the finished result notes that it is like a completely different home, very light, open and spacious. The second project was to be the basement with a new 3 peace bath installed in the basement. Again, when walking through the house, Scott helped us to see where we can make the updates we wanted while saving money. We skipped the bathroom in our basement and instead updated our main floor bathroom (which now goes nicely with the house) with a shower added to it. WOW!! Everyone who has seen it is blown away by the changes made and it saved us $$. Scotts and his whole team (including other contractors) were wonderful to work with. They were able to handle me (my career is a Project Manager, so I know I can be tough to deal with), my large pup who just loved them all, and my family's schedule of working and schooling at home (during covid school closure) while construction was happening. They stuck to their schedule and before we knew it, it was completed. Next project is our basement... soon.

We had a run down 35+-year-old flagstone patio. The stone was still good, but the foundation was crumbling. After meeting with many contractors to decide our next course of action, we landed on this company and chose them as they helped inform us of options, pricing, why the pricing and talked about design (5 quotes and this was the only company that talked design). Ajit not only talked design with me but also strategy. He came back before starting the work to take final measurements and ensure our design was finalized. Due to COVID, Ajit and his team had to juggle some dates, but they were here when they said they would be, the demo was smooth and efficient When they arrived, they saved the flagstones I wanted to save for others, and efficiently removed the rest and the crumbling structure underneath. They found an existing concrete slab that was under the crumbling concrete and because it was so low to the ground and in good condition, they took the means necessary to keep that slab and tie in the newly poured concrete to it for security and stability. Ajit and his team leaders were amazing, they communicated with their whole team throughout the pour. They knew how many wheelbarrows had been brought and how many more were needed to finish and they were right on target. They guided the younger crew members to ensure they were doing the work to their top standards. They talked frequently with us to ensure we knew what was going on and what was next. The end result is this amazing concrete back patio that has proper sloping away from the house on a couple of angles so the water runoff is evenly dispersed. The beautiful patio is now the envy of my neighbors and I couldn't be happier. We wanted a solid patio with little to no maintenance and we got a work of art that is our patio and sidewalk. Chris has been keeping our ancient furnace and AC functioning for the past few years, finally time to put in new units. Excellent quote and education on the details. In 2 days they efficiently removed the rusted 20-30 yr old furnace &ac, cleaned up pipes, allocated new exhaust, installed new units including a 1 yr filter. We couldnt be more pleased with the service and results. Highly recommend!!

Unbelievable attention to detail for their quote where they found issues above and beyond what we thought was wrong. They arrived early and we're incredibly efficient in their work. They even found other issues while doing the job and didn't charge extra for their extra material or time. Chuck says that while they are working it is his grandmother's house and they really did treat our house as his grandmother's house. Beyond impressed with this company and will definitely use them again.

Furnace decided to die just as cold January weather hits. Luckily we had a speedy assessment followed up by a speedy and affordable repair. No forcing to buy new although the option was given. Very thankful for honest speedy repair

Antonio and his crew worked tirelessly through the whole day to install our new electrical panel and check & update every single outlet and switch in the house to ensure it was properly pigtailed and up to code. They installed more GFCI outlets than originally thought was needed and helped identify 'light' outlets through the house. Not only was their work efficient and thorough, but they also cleaned up after themselves at every outlet. Not a scrap of copper or aluminum was left in the house as they diligently cleaned up with a dustpan. The team was knowledgeable, friendly and we will call on them again for all/any future electrical needs to our house. We highly recommend Antonio and his team, as his service was above and beyond what we expected.
