We have been Grizzly Irrigation customers since 2014 when we had new landscaping installed. Every year, they maintain our system with their spring and winterization program. This year, I not only damaged the irrigation line digging out dandelions (with a deep digger...oops), but we also had a new sidewalk up to our door poured so the line had to be moved. Grizzly's team repaired the lines quickly with little damage to the established lawn (sod). I'd use friendly, professional and efficient describing their service over the years and recommend them whole-heartedly.

I grew up in Calgary and knew the "Gertie from Gienow" days and finally had a chance to use them. Casement (beautiful...wow!) received in summer; though missing screen and window crank. Delay, delay, delay. Gienow rep threw my main contractor under the bus w/ "It's his fault" when I could not get hold of the Gienow rep or have calls returned (despite our prior agreement). Finally have the screen/no crank in Oct (now that the garage is no longer >100f). I gave up. I will not deal with Gienow again.

ALATR has been our tree removal experts on two occasions this past year. Both experiences were spot-on with time, service and budget as estimated. I have no problem recommending ALATR.
