I honestly don't know what to say about this company. I went with them because I wanted the job done right and they seemed like a professional and large company. My roof repair took more than 3x as long as they estimated. After climbing on my roof, they didn't even repair the damaged area and I had to chase them down to come back. I still don't know if they did the job I wanted correctly and I'm very concerned about their ability to service warranty. At this point I was still waiting on my eaves replacement which was also significantly delayed. After installation, I had to chase them down to repair defects twice. When I say chase them down, I mean calling them twice a week (every Monday and Friday) for more than 10 weeks begging them to call me back and fix my issues. I originally contacted them in May, it's now December. Last Friday, I was assured a manager of some sort would call me Monday between 4-5pm, it's now Friday again and I'll have to call them. They have taken so long at the job, their accounting department has called me saying I'm past due on final payments even though they didn't complete the work. It's very concerning to hire a company for $20k+ and then not be able to speak to anyone beyond a receptionist that says I'll get a call back, I'll put a note on your file, etc
