We have lived in this house for over 10+ years, and I woke up this morning with racoon dropping middle of the deck. Given I have little kids and a dog I need to get this taken cared of right away. I found TSR and Allan responded within minutes and was able to find time the same day to come by to take a look. The guys were very professional and right away they were able to identify some areas of concern, and quickly went to work. They sealed up the entry point from the soffit and built a one way trap, everything was secure and tidied up. Sal personally went up to inspect the attic and provided me with clear explanations every step of the way. I am confident this will do the trick and hope the racoons move on. Highly recommended.

Mike and the team did a great job with our property. Our job was a bit more complicated as I was coordinating for my neighbor and I but Mike and the team were very easy to work with and it was pretty seamless all the way from getting multiple quotes to getting the job done. The team was punctual, completed the job and left without a mess. We would recommend the team to anyone looking for good service and reasonable price and will have them back in future years.

Read the reviews online and decided to book a free consult with EcoComfort. Process was easy, Wojtek was professional and was able to discuss what I need for my insulation. I had problems with the heat and needed a replacement, and he was also able to resolve some of my issues with venting and bathroom vents. The crew arrived, even though they were late, did a good job and was careful with their equipment. Wojtek sent additional 2 guys to help finish the job. Will recommend to anyone that need this type of work, it's important and make sure you do your research.

I am very disappointed in the after service - the initial job and consult was fine, the guys delivered the closet storage but the basement cabinetry was missing the doors I ordered as well as the base kick plate. All they had to do was follow up, get the doors and get the job done. It's been almost a year of calls/emails of multiple attempts, they came a few months ago with the doors but got the wrong hinges, the installer had no clue and the guy on the phone offered no solution. Empty promises and an incomplete job. I called a couple of more times and sent email follow ups, nothing.. I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service, all this could have been avoided easily in my opinion.

Ryan & co did a great job, solid communication and project management. Same day I posted inquiry about the job, Ryan made contact and provided reasonable quote on the spot. Job was booked with ease and the team came on time and did a great job with the yard clean up, trimmed my pear tree and painted the garage door! Now we are ready for the winter !
