Originally placed an order and deposit for a tub in June of 1012. Paid for tub in full at beginning of Dec. 2012 and tub was delivered mid-Dec. Wrong tub had been ordered (wrong color/model). Discussed with Jesse in Calgary, at first he seemed very pro-active at trying to solve the problem. Initially he said he would get something sorted out over the next few weeks and place a "rush" order for the proper tub or find some way that I would be satisfied. It is now April 2nd, 2013 and still NO firm delivery date for the tub. It still appears that it will be a month away from delivery. (Polar Spas has had my FULL payment for the hot tub since the begining of Dec.) - But still no hot tub. I talked to the South Edmonton location and discussed my concerns. I stated that I would like the hot tub delivered within next couple weeks or I would like my money back. They proceeded to tell me that I would have to "Litigate" in order to attempt to recover my payment. Not impressed at all with Polar Spas and I would not recommend dealing with these guys. If they are having manufacturing problems that they can't seem to rectify, then maybe they should keep in touch with their customers and let them know what problems they are experiencing. I HAVEN'T receiced ONE phone call from these guys!! Instead I've been calling them once a month or so for updates. (But they provide no real answers).
