Randy is a professional hardwood installer, and he fixed the floor, sanded off the previous stain and applied a new stain with two clear coats. The finish is amazing, and I am happy with his work, also the price was fair. I had another lower estimate, from another company, however I choose to work with Randy and it was a correct decision.
