Royal wood floors

Randy came and refinished/added hardwood in my house. Shortly after the wood started sinking/popping and separating due to the new floor and the old one meeting. Randy came back once it all settled and re did the floor and now its perfect couldnt be happier.

Randy is a professional hardwood installer, and he fixed the floor, sanded off the previous stain and applied a new stain with two clear coats. The finish is amazing, and I am happy with his work, also the price was fair. I had another lower estimate, from another company, however I choose to work with Randy and it was a correct decision.

I had my carpet replaced by hardwood on my stairs and first floor. The floors look stunning. The whole experience was amazing. I can say not say enough good things about this company. They worked hard and efficiently and left my house clean and tidy. Disruption was minimal. The price was very competitive and there were no hidden costs. Most importantly the final product looks amazing and I could not be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Wood Floors.

We are extremely disappointed in Royal Wood Floors Ltd and would definitely NOT recommend them. They did not finish a job they started and were paid for in full 6 MONTHS AGO. The owner, Randy, has not responded to our numerous calls and texts, and refuses to finish the job or fix the deficiencies he and his workers left behind. There are nails sticking out of the stairs and dark stains around the edges of our flooring because they did not sand properly. Look elsewhere if you want quality workmanship and satisfactory customer service.

Wonderful company, kind, efficient and trustworthy. We love our floors, Randy and his team did an amazing job. We would highly recommend their services. Very experienced company and great pricing.

i had a good experience with the flooring company. They were quick and efficient. It took about a week to finish the job. They were friendly and efficient. We were satisfied with the floors and the service. We had no issues. The price was quite reasonable.
