Extemely pleased with the quality and customer service I get with Dimirti and Galaxy Windows team. I had got my bay window done from them few years ago, and cause of the exceptional job I called them back to do my front door and side door. Dimirti went the extra mile by resolving the broken door handle I bought from Home Depot by driving my mom to get a new one. Rob was honest in the fact I did not need to replace my furnace but actually had a evaporator coil problem that was causing my furnace not to work, and not the furnace unit. Jamie his work partner did the work with quality and cleanliness. He was helpful in giving tips on how to maintain my furnace and A/C. Great guys that do the work with high standards and most importantly with integrity.

I can truthfully say this was the first company I called to get my bay window replaced after contacting others which none of them showed any interest. Dimitri was excellent in explaining the product and their craftsmanship when they do work. I was sold on the fact he was honest with me and explained in detail the process.
