The owner of the company came to see me that same day. He had a look at my basement, and invited me to see the project he was currently working on. From the moment I entered the unit, I was impressed and knew immediately that this was the company I wanted to renovate my basement. I said yes to BCR Basement Renovation Inc, and I have no regrets! I give them a 10 out of 10 and here is why: -All conversations were very clear, and transparent. -A personalized online portal was created so that I could monitor the progress of the project, see a breakdown of finances, select materials, and communicate with the contractor. - There were no delays to the project, even through the winter months. - They have a great team of people that work for them, I could trust them around my property and family. - They were very clean and never left any unnecessary mess. - I received everything that was in my contract, at the price I signed for there were no hidden fees. - We developed a good working relationship that helped to streamline the project smoothly. -The whole project left me completely stress free, I never worried because they were transparent and upfront from the beginning. - The owner was so generous, he even upgraded some items for free. My basement was done in a timely and professional manner. Everyone that has seen my basement wants to move in. Even I would consider living in the basement because it is so beautiful and has a functional design. The windows are very large and bring bright light into the apartment, you dont feel like youre in a basement.
