I am so happy that I choose to use BCR Basement Renovation Inc. to build my basement apartment. I saw their sign at a house near my home and I took a picture of the number to call them. The owner of
the company came to see me that same day. He had a look at my basement, and invited me to see the project he was currently working on.
From the moment I entered the unit, I was impressed and knew immediately that this was the company I wanted to renovate my basement. I said yes to BCR Basement Renovation Inc, and I have no regrets! I give them a 10 out of 10 and here is why:

-A personalized online portal was created so that I could monitor the progress of the project, see a breakdown of finances, select materials, and communicate with the contractor.

- They have a great team of people that work for them, I could trust them around my property and family.

- I received everything that was in my contract, at the price I signed for there were no hidden fees.
- We developed a good working relationship that helped to streamline the project smoothly.
-The whole project left me completely stress free, I never worried because they were transparent and upfront from the beginning.
- The owner was so generous, he even upgraded some items for free.
My basement was done in a timely and professional manner. Everyone that has seen my basement wants to move in. Even I would consider living in the basement because it is so beautiful and has a functional design. The windows are very large and bring bright light into the apartment, you dont feel like youre in a basement.

The workmanship is excellent, from design to finishing. Everything proceeded on schedule, and I was aware every step of the way what was going on. If it wasn’t for the supply issues arising from the pandemic, we would have been finished on time. There were a few things that had to be adjusted but sometimes you just don’t know until you actually see it in place. I have recommended BCR to friends.

I had extensive water damage from a slow water leak in my basement. Much of the drywall, all the flooring and ceiling had to be replaced. Quacy Barry and his team did an outstanding job making my basement look better than new. I’m so happy with my new space!
