Got a great deal but not worth the deal as my hot tub stopped working just over 6 months later. Called left 3 messages NO call back. What kind of deal is that as its winter where i am and I had to get someone else out to fix something that should of been covered under worrinty. Over 2 weeks still no call

Our service department underwent a huge restructuring this year to help serve our clients better, particularly those out of town. If you have another issue, could you please contact us via our online product support form, with your full name, serial number and sales agreement, and we will get your spa serviced right away.
