Igor correctly diagnosed a problem with our dishwasher and installed the replacement part that solved the problem. However, he mentioned that the dishwasher was not installed correctly. After he left, the dishwasher started tilting when the door was open, and I had to deal with this myself. Also we paid $99 for him to look at a water leak in our fridge, and he was not able to offer a solution or any advice.

The technician Mike was very courteous and efficient. Excellent. However, I had a less than stellar experience overall. After the first visit, it was never made clear to me that I had to call in to pre pay for parts. This was not told to me, but it was in the fine print on the emailed estimate of work. After not hearing anything for about three weeks, I called in and was told to prepay, after which there was a further wait for parts. In the end the repair took much longer than expected. Also, it is very unpleasant to have to wade through the long phone queue (which I had to do several times), and there was also an issue with the call back feature calling the wrong number.

Peter and his crew was fantastic. He quoted the job at three months, and was done in time and on budget. He had plenty of good ideas, and we felt there was a very good balance between our wants and what he thought would be appropriate. We had done a basement reno about ten years ago and were pretty happy with the result, but our experience with Hot Interiors was on a totally different level. Fantastic!

We needed a gas pipe extension to the backyard for a NG BBQ. When I phoned George, he explained that I had to get the gas grill first, and then to set up a time, which was helpful advice. George came promptly at the appointed time and was very quick and thorough with the install, and with explaining everything afterwards. Gas pipe was neatly installed and painted as well. Thanks!
