After months of trying to find someone to service our 14 year old Napoleon fireplace, I saw Erindales ad. Emailed them and had a call back quickly, appointment set up and they briefed me fully on the service visit. Keith, their service guy, arrived exactly on time. He was very quick and efficient at finding the problem and then cleaned and spruced up the unit to look and work like new. He was very pleasant and helpful. Cant recommend these folks highly enough.

The job was to replace a timber planter 24'x7' which had rotted and was falling apart. Cactus was one of 3 bidders and the one whose response we felt best met our requirement. Throughout the entire process, their project manager Kirill kept us up to date and worked with us to clarify anything we needed to discuss. The crew arrived on time and worked hard over a 7 day period to remove the old planter and replace it with a new, better engineered unit. The crew were careful, considerate, and their craftsmanship excellent. They were assiduous about limiting the impact of ther activities and cleaning up on completion. Kirill kept the business side up to date as the project moved through its stages. Overall, an excellent experience for us. We would happily recommend this company.
