After months of trying to find someone to service our 14 year old Napoleon fireplace, I saw Erindales ad. Emailed them and had a call back quickly, appointment set up and they briefed me fully on the service visit.
Keith, their service guy, arrived exactly on time. He was very quick and efficient at finding the problem and then cleaned and spruced up the unit to look and work like new.
He was very pleasant and helpful.
Cant recommend these folks highly enough.
