I picked out and ordered a washing machine after looking on the site. The sales rep was friendly and helpful, and offered a few discounts:). The delivery was excellent and was impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the delivery men. I was told by CAS to disconnect the hoses before the delivery, but was unable to. The delivery person kindly did it with no hesitation nor complaint! Overall a pleasant and seamless process:)

Very courteous and prompt initial contact - promised to have work done within a week but have waited for three. Did not supply proper manpower to do one project which delayed the project. Quite expensive.

In a nutshell, HONEST, RELIABLE, DILIGENT, PROFESSIONAL. Was extremely impressed with the prompt and professional service. The employees were courteous, informative and diligent in their work. Was shown before/after photos and the house smelled like new after the cleaning. Email confirmation provided a thorough and educated explanation of the service to be provided, and a breakdown of the cost (no surprises!). They're rates are very competitive, I paid extra for out-of-town mileage and some extra vents, but it was well worth it. I have them bookmarked and will use them again, and will recommend them without hesitation to my friends/neighbours! Irena Vitkus
