When the local raccoon decided to rip out the facia in my garage as a parting gift, I needed fast repairs to keep him and his squirrel buddies away. It took me less than 2 hours from placing my HomeStars ad to watching the NuEdge truck drive away to get the job done, quickly, with 100% satisfaction, and fair pricing. A big shout out to Nick & his assistant for saving the day!!

While Mother Nature may have been raining on the original work date ib late April, the MGS crew arrived on May 19 and did a spectacular job on all my windows. Every last piece of window glass is now sparkling - and they were all hand washed. No one came to my door asking to have the outside faucet turned or power washed the windows from 10 feet away. The only problem I have is now I have to wash the inside ones to match! I will definitely be using them again. Thanks, MGS!

Last Fall, after seeing the work done by THE ROOFERS for a neighbour across the street, I decided to check with her and learned that she had been very satisfied with the work and workmanship. I had noticed that the project had been well supervised, and decided to contact Sean and arrange to have my roof done this spring. Fast forward to April, 2016. When I was asked to make sure that my car was not in the garage or on the driveway by 7 AM, I thought, "Oh, sure. Let's just see when THE ROOFERS actually show up." Guess what? It was a good thing that I had moved my car the night before because by 6:45 AM, the flatbed truck with the hoist and my new shingles was beeping and backing its way towards the house. So, are THE ROOFERS prompt? Absolutely!!! And that was just the beginning. The crew all arrived at 7 and once the ladders were up, started almost immediately ripping up the old shingles, checking the plywood, and generally making sure that everything was good to go. Working safely is a big deal for me, so checked with the supervisor to ensure that the entire crew had their "Working at Heights" mandatory training, in addition to the obvious safety cables and harnesses the crew wore and used. The company provided breaks and meals for the crew, so there was no lost time waiting for someone to get back from wherever. As a result, the roof was finished on time, the property cleaned up and the disposal bin removed promptly the next morning. I am very pleased to recommend THE ROOFERS for their exceptional work and service. In fact, I have TWO signs on my lawn (it's a corner lot), that's how pleased I am.

Do you need BEAUTIFUL, top drawer, first class interlock/patio work? This is the company for you! Mimmo took pity on an "old" lady and agreed to do my small job - but WHAT A JOB!!! It took Mimmo no time to design something that suited my house and took into consideration my own ideas. The front walkway was completely dug out, proper screening used, the brick was laid meticulously and it LOOKS GORGEOUS! The entire crew was polite, tidy and the only hint that they were even there was a forgotten packet of cigarettes! Oh, and they showed up ON TIME. I received exceptional value for my money as well as a 1 year warranty. Thanks, Mimmo (and to your crew) - you made my day!

It pays to get up early on a Saturday! I noticed a near neighbour having their driveway sealed and wandered over to inquire as to whether or not the worker could give me a quote. It turned out that the "worker" was none other than the owner himself who was more than pleased to not only give me an extremely reasonable quote, but was able to do the job upon completion of my neighbour's driveway. It took a nagging item from my "to do" list to my "Done!" list. Thanks, Dave!

I am sooo disappointed - after seeing such nice work at other homes, and hearing rave reviews from a friend, I have been subjected to bullying by crews who arrived unannounced, was screamed at on the phone by the owner and have been left with a dirt path where my front walk should be. Stone was simply dumped and strewn around with no screening, the sod was cut haphazardly and I was told this was the "right" way to set an interlocking front walk.The only good thing about this company is the office staff. If you have a small job, this is NOT the company you want to hire. FOLLOW UP: There's been no misunderstanding. I have saved voice messages, so the company has all my contact information (home/office/cell) and no effort was made in the past 4 months to make things right. At this point, I am moving on.
