I called Joe as a result of his glowing ratings on HOMESTARS. Although my repair wasn’t overly urgent, Joe fit me into his schedule and came all the way to downtown Toronto within a couple days of first contact. I popped the tension spring off the rubber boot of my front load washer while trying to clean the boot and was not able to use my machine and I certainly could not replace this spring myself. With Joe's perseverance and determination, he got the spring back on - it's not an easy task either - you almost need a 1/2 dozen hands to get this spring on! He allowed me to watch and help where needed. I appreciate his patience. He was kind and courteous and he certainly knows his stuff! He lived up to his 10/10 ratings and then some! Thanks Joe (and thanks for a quick look & fix to my dishwasher)! It was a pleasure to meet you and you’ll be my first recommendation to anyone else who needs appliance repair and you’ll be my first phone call if I need something fixed again.
