I had a problem with my Faber range hood, ARS was able to locate the part and install it. Everything was done in a very efficient and prompt manner. Steve the technician deserves a shout out as it was no easy task replacing the part, but he did it with patience and great efficiency.

Last Sunday we discovered that our basement was flooding due to a blocked drain in our window well. We called City Wide and Chris Cavan was at our house within a short time looking at the problem and offering a solution. He told us that he could have a crew out the next morning to start with the project of repairing the drainage. The next morning they arrived at 9 am and worked throughout the day in incredibly cold conditions (it was around -12 degrees). I was impressed at the professionalism and reliability displayed by Mr. Caven and his crew. He also recommended a clean up crew for my basement and they also proved to be reliable and efficient.
