I hired Electrotech to wire my new hot tub. It was a long, complicated route to get electrical from my panel to the tub but they did a great job and were very easy to work with. I will definitely call them next time I need help.

After getting a small amount of water in my basement following a big rain, i got quotes from 6 waterproofing companies. All companies proposed similar solutions using similar product with similar guarantees but MMT provided the best value for the service so i chose to work with them. In 4 days They hand dug 77 ft outside my foundation, installed a weeping tile system, parged my foundation walls before appling two coats of aquablok, with yellow jacket mesh, and then covering it all up with dimpleboard. On the inside they dug a hole for a sump pit and installed a sump pump with a backup battery and pump. The jobsite was left clean,and they even provided some extra services like fixing a rotten fence 4by 4 and replanting all my shrubs. Only time will tell how well the waterproofing holds up but after seeing the quality of work im confident that the basement will stay dry permanently.

We were moving from a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in downtown toronto to a standalone home in Etobicoke. Zaid and 2 others showed up on time and moved us quickly out of our condo and into our new home. They took good care of our furniture (wrapped it up) and moved at a very fast pace. I would definitely move with Zaid again!
