As the equipment is being rented, the cost noted above is the rental cost per month. The installation of the furnace, A/C, humidifier, wireless thermostat, etc. was done in a very thorough manner and was very well done by the installers Derek and Matt. In addition, they provided a thorough explanation of the features of the equipment and the setup of the wireless thermostat. As well, the initial presentation of available heating and cooling rental packages by the home comfort advisor Feddie was very thorough, allowing me to make a decision on which package would best suit my needs.

Well done roofing job using Owens Corning 50 year shingles for a very favourable price. Two Ventmar tower vents were installed which are superior to the previous mushroom style vents. Very impressed with the clean-up of the job site. Also impressed with the short turnaround time (1 week) between the estimate and the actual job.
