I signed a contract with RyLy Contracting Ltd. in May 2022 to build a deck, I paid a deposit to cover the cost of materials, but nothing has been delivered as of December 2023. I have asked for an updated schedule or refund of my deposit, but Ryan has not replied to my emails, text messages or phone messages since June 2023.
