Ry Ly Contracting Ltd

Ryan, Was quick to respond and create a plan to build deck and shed. He was given a significant deposit. His crew came early to do some excavation and start the project and then he disappeared. It took 5 months after threatening calls for him to answer. He finally came back to finish but the work was shoddy. Deck has step in it. Vinyl siding and soffit poorly installed. Shed roof leaking. He would not answer calls to repair his work. He is not recommended.

I signed a contract with RyLy Contracting Ltd. in May 2022 to build a deck, I paid a deposit to cover the cost of materials, but nothing has been delivered as of December 2023.

I have asked for an updated schedule or refund of my deposit, but Ryan has not replied to my emails, text messages or phone messages since June 2023.

Seemed really good at first even said he would come back and fix the low gate/poor fence latches but then would not take my calls - I know he was screening them cause I had a friend make an inquiry and he got back to them right away......disappointing!

Excellent job. Great team/crew. They were very professional and extremely competent. Had one little teeny tiny issue and they came out the next morning at 7:00 am and got it fixed. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future for other home projects; which my neighbour is already doing. Great job guys!

I had the pleasure of utilizing RyLy contracting for a few projects around my home, after Ryan having rip out my old deck and redoing it in such a short period of time and to perfection I was very impressed. He is very professional and expedient. I would recommend RyLy to anyone hands down.
