Alem, Reliance technician is such a great guy. He had called to inform me of his visit 30 minutes prior giving me enough time to prepare myself. Alem was very thorough with my furnace inspection, surpassing my expectations. In addition, he was very respectful and patient throughout the process. I only had to pay for furnace filter change and so furnace inspection was free since I am currently renting some equipment from them.
