An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. My dryer continued to shut down for unknown reasons. The Canaduct technician came by with only 1 hours notice. His camera revealed that there was no significant damage to the vent, which was one of our concerns. He showed me some accumulated lint that he pulled out of the vent. I am now considering duct cleaning. I'm happy with their service.
