Damage to Property Caused by Install
*We are not the first to experience issues with customer services with Scott- see other reviews** The quote for our generator and the people who installed our generator were very prompt and kind. However, damage was done to our property leaving us without wifi for nearly 40 days, to which the owner, Scott, would not acknowledge and has subsequently stopped correspondence. Our generator was installed on Dec 20th causing damage to our fibre optic wifi line. We made Calibre Electric aware immediately and Kristina (our primary contact until this point) asked for us to keep them apprised of any costs associated with the damage. After two weeks without service due to the damage, and our wifi company's availability limitations, I contacted Scott for compensation for increased data charges, to do minimal work and masters from home. I called and left a voicemail on Jan 8th to chat about our circumstances, emailed on the 10th to update my availability for a call and called again and left a voicemail on the 12th. Scott emailed on the 15th asking for the report from the wifi company outlining the damage. We provided (a snippet pictured in this review) on the 19th. I emailed again on Jan 24th, and Feb 2nd to understand what the company's next steps would be to resolve this. Today, Feb 21st, we still have not received any correspondence from the company. Although wildly frustrating for us, my biggest concern is the appalling customer service, from the owner, no less. We have a warranty with them; this situation giving me absolutely no faith that they will promptly respond, or respond at all, should there be an issue with our generator down the line. This whole situation, again from the owner, speaks to the values and integrity of the whole company. I absolutely would not recommend.

We are sorry for your frustration but after review, no digging or damage was done to your internet cable. We tried to explain. We did not touch or work near the internet cables. Please contact your provider. If for what ever reason it's found that we did anything to damage it we will cover all expenses.
