My husband and I are renovating our house and at the time of getting a quote to install flooring in our basement, we noticed dampness in some areas of the floor. The basement was stripped due to some previous work to replace the clay pipes. We called in three (3) companies to assess the situation and suggest a solution. We went with Waterproofing PD as their assessment was the most thorough and the proposed solution was more of a longer term fix. Vlad was our main point of contact and he is very knowledgeable. The team started quickly when we expressed our need to resolve the matter as soon as possible to progress with the renovation of our house. We engaged AJ Ceramic Tile and Marble Ltd. to tile four (4) of our bathrooms and mudroom. Three (3) of the rooms required installation of heated floors which was part of the scope with the company. Andrew's team was fast and efficient. The whole project took 1.5 weeks from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent. We were excited to see the progress each day. The team were great in answering our questions and adapting to our design. Dorothy who was our main point of contact for project details and timing and billing was highly responsive.
