My husband and I decided to work with Modular Home Additions to add a second floor addition and gut and frame our main floor. We evaluated a few other contractors but ultimately selected Modular based on our sales experience and client references.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with the Modular team. They were very quick in putting up our second floor and keeping within schedule and budget. The speed and quality of the work was very good. The team is friendly, communicated well and were helpful and responded to our numerous questions.
We decided to take on the coordination of the utility trades and the interior work ourselves to save on cost. We would have loved to continue to work with Modular for these phases.
A special thanks goes out to Rahele, who was our project manager and main point of contact. She is amazing to work with. I would also like to call out Serge the site supervisor, he is so kind, responsive and diligent.
