We had mould in a fairly new house. Jeff came by the day after I called him, at a time that was convenient for me and showed us with pictures and thermal images what and why the mould happend (shifted insulation). Jeff then fixed it then next day. The ceiling now looks like it never had mould. He also suggested some energy saving services and coordinated them being installed. In 15 years of home ownership I have NEVER had a contractor that was so easy to work with and who actually did everything they said they would, in the time line they set. I would recommend time and again.
