We had mould in a fairly new house. Jeff came by the day after I called him, at a time that was convenient for me and showed us with pictures and thermal images what and why the mould happend (shifted insulation). Jeff then fixed it then next day. The ceiling now looks like it never had mould. He also suggested some energy saving services and coordinated them being installed. In 15 years of home ownership I have NEVER had a contractor that was so easy to work with and who actually did everything they said they would, in the time line they set. I would recommend time and again.

Arrived as promised, completed work very efficiently. The work site was cleaned up. We were very happy with the work done.

We had a mold issue we discovered in our basement. We went onto HomeStars and described our issue. Jeff contacted us shortly afterwards. We explained our issue and felt confident to work with him. He spoke to us about each step he would take to repair all the areas where water was coming in. He and his team did an amazing job at demoing what needed to be done, repairing the leaks, and they left the area spotless once completed. Looking forward to seeing the rebuild.

The project included the addition of a bathroom and the relocation of a main floor laundry to the basement and installation of a pump system. A very professional and qualified group of sub-contractors ensured a high quality of workmanship and project completion in a timely manner, albeit subject to the impact of COVID and related supply chain issues.

We totally redid the entire main level, new tiling, took out walls, new kitchen, new backsplash, new counter tops, upgraded everything and the work required major design, intricacy and detail. Everything was done to perfection and in full collaboration with us. There were no bad surprises, the schedule was met as much as possible due to Covid complications and we came within budget. The trades were very professional and the best. Highly, highly recommended.

I called Concepts to Completion after a break in, burglars kicked in my front door. I didn't get a comfortable feeling working with the insurance company's contractor. The Concepts team arranged to have my front door replaced with a Pella door, and while it was being ordered we sorted out my security system, added CCTV, as well as a home automation system. We wired what seemed to be the whole house, with very little damage and disruption to the finishes. I listed my condo back in 2015 with no renos done after living there for 10 years,it sat on the market for 2 months.
