The team at Pesticon was fantastic. One evening, I had guests in my attic and I made several calls the following morning to Pest Controllers to get things taken care of asap. Pesticon offered a competitive price and they came out of their way to visit my house the same day. That night, the squirrels were gone. The staff was very kind, polite and accommodating. I would call them again without question, but hopefully I won't have to.

I had a horrible experience with buying my first set of stairs and I called Asad at Architectural Iron Works and he came to the rescue. I learned that its really important to do my homework and find the right person to make your stairs, especially if you have an older home. I had to throw out the first set of stairs that I paid for because they were so poorly constructed. It was an expensive lesson. I learned that building stairs is a true art. My stairs were a difficult project, but Asad took his time and came several times to measure to make sure it was done right. I would hire Asad again without question.

I hired the 3-4 week crew led by Nick to renovate my basement. They did a fantastic job. They were fast, hard-working and I was amazed by their quality and craftsmanship. I would absolutely recommend and hire Finished Basement again in the future.

I hired Peter and his team to install new gutters, eves and soffits. I found him through my neighbour who had her whole house done. Peter delivered professional service and good work. There was a few areas that needed to be repaired after the installation and they came back straight-away and took care of everything. I wold hire Peter again without hesitation.

I hired John and his crew to underpin my basement. I was cautious to make sure that I hired the right team given how important the process is to the structure of the overall house. They worked extremely hard and did a great job. I had asked for a few references and visited a few basements before proceeding and all of the reviews were positive. Without question, John is fair with his pricing and I would hire them again.

I was in need of replacing some bad brick in the front of my home quickly. I had placed a few calls to various companies and A&A was the first to reply. They sent over their sales rep, Marc, who quickly put the job into the system. Within two days (over a long weekend) I had Dwight at my house doing the repair. He worked all day and did a fantastic job. I wish I did the entire front of my house given the job that Dwight did. I'll definitely call A&A again in the future.

It has been six weeks since the initial installation of my steel stairs. The railings were never brought to my house because their machine broke down. The stringers were installed - but it wasn't until after they left that I installed the treds and noticed how off the stairs were. They are not to code (they made them longer than the original stairs), the ceiling height has been compromised and they are completely uneven (first and last stair). They said they would come back - maybe on a Sunday to make the repairs. I'm still waiting. I think I've thrown my money down the drain. Lesson learned. Read all the reviews you can before you get yourself into a mess.
