I had issues last year with them charging me for a full season of weed control but I started late summer and they charged me full price I was not happy. Huge areas were missed and even the areas that were treated looked awful. talked with a supervisor last year who offered us a 10% discount for this year. Today I had to call them to switch the acct over to my mom because Im moving. The lady said oh and your mom is probably a senior so Ill give her 10% off as per their policy. I said great thank you. I then told her about the issues last year and she saw the note and it did in fact say 10% discount as she read it to me. So then she was going over the price and she said and with your 10% discount.. I said no no no, I should be getting 20% off. She put me on hold to talk to her supervisor she came back and said we only give out 10% to our clients. I said yes to your clients that dont have issues. We also had grass seed put down last fall for hundreds of dollars and it looks like total garbage. I do not recommend Weedman for their products or their services
