Weed Man

I had issues last year with them charging me for a full season of weed control but I started late summer and they charged me full price I was not happy. Huge areas were missed and even the areas that were treated looked awful. talked with a supervisor last year who offered us a 10% discount for this year. Today I had to call them to switch the acct over to my mom because Im moving. The lady said oh and your mom is probably a senior so Ill give her 10% off as per their policy. I said great thank you. I then told her about the issues last year and she saw the note and it did in fact say 10% discount as she read it to me. So then she was going over the price and she said and with your 10% discount.. I said no no no, I should be getting 20% off. She put me on hold to talk to her supervisor she came back and said we only give out 10% to our clients. I said yes to your clients that dont have issues.
We also had grass seed put down last fall for hundreds of dollars and it looks like total garbage. I do not recommend Weedman for their products or their services

I used the services of Weed Man in Calgary location; I wasn't so impressed, so I didn't want to go ahead and use them for the following year. Unfortunately, they automatically renew my service so I stuck with being charged. Please, be aware of this company and their services. I will have to pay again $220.

So disappointed! Their product destroyed my backyard. I asked them to send someone to investigate three times in a row, but They didn't send anyone to investigate. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THEIR %100 REFUND POLICY. When I asked for a refund, they just refund me 10 percent of what they charged me. They are careless and just want to get paid does a horrible job, a waste of my money. I WILL DEFINITELY SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY NEIGHBORS AND COMMUNITY!

This is my first year & I am very happy with the service. We tried for 3 years ourselves to get rid of the weeds and could not. The Weed Man came in twice, they are fast, efficient and eliminated the weed problem total. Worth every penny.

Would not recommend there services. They Automatically signed me back up this year without my authorization, and billed me for it. Threatened to send me to collections, if the bill wasn't cleared up. The competitors are cheaper too.

I have been using Weed Man for many years after seeing their results on a neighbours lawn. I must say that within a matter of months, all my dandelions were gone and never returned. They show up to your house for about 5-10 minutes at a time but whatever they do is working. Their "continuous service" policy takes some getting used to, but as long as you know that you need to engage them to stop or change the service it works okay.

I hired them on Wednesday, they were at my house on Saturday morning. They called the day before they came - as described to me by the sales person. So far so good. My only concern was that they only spent about 5 minutes at my house: to fertilize and spray a million dandelions. Too fast!
