We hired Alliance Floor Source to gut out our old 20 year old Living Room carpet and install a new Mercier Red Oak Hardwood Floor. The entire process was a positive one. Not only did they go out of their way to accomodate our schedule, they even provided us with the name of a reasonably priced painting company so that we could have the entire common area painted prior to the actual install. That saved us a lot of time and allowed us to move up our scheduled install date to avoid paying additional HST related costs. The install was excellent and included the removal and disposal of the old carpet, screwing down the subfloor and installing the floor and baseboards. I have nothing but good things to say about Lehel, Kyle and the rest of the staff. I will certainly use them again if we decide to put hardwood flooring on our second floor.

Our old Lennox Pulse 21 died this fall after 16 years and we needed a new furnace quickly. Out of all the contractors we interviewed, Mersey Heating was the only one who did a complete heat loss calculation of our home. The others either went with the existing furnace size or guessed based on the square footage of our home. As it turns out, our old furnace was grossly undersized for our home. Roman and his team were exceptional and I would highly recommend them. They are all NATE certified expert furnace installers so you know they will do a good job especially since they are all salaried Lennox employees.
