Super service. From the pleasantness of Michelle on the phone to the thoroughness of technician Steve, I always get top notch service from Friel. At my old house and now my new one, I get my servicing done on my furnace, HVAC, air conditioner and fireplace every year or 2 and they always keep them in peak condition. Peace of mind for me to do this. they always give me reminders like checking the vents outside on dryers to clean them as well as the vents outside for everything. Five minute checks every so often can mean alot in the long run.
