From the pleasantness of Michelle on the phone to the thoroughness of technician Steve, I always get top notch service from Friel.

At my old house and now my new one, I get my servicing done on my furnace, HVAC, air conditioner and fireplace every year or 2 and they always keep them in peak condition.

Peace of mind for me to do this. they always give me reminders like checking the vents outside on dryers to clean them as well as the vents outside for everything. Five minute checks every so often can mean alot in the long run.

Our furnace was broke and Josh came in and fixed it. We were very satisfied with the service

This company has replaced furnaces in two homes for us as well as installed central air in one. Lynne is excellent as pricing and locations. We would not call anyone else. Pricing is about the same as rest of the competition but their service is unbelievable without any mess and they are in and out in one day as well.
