I have been a client of Dupont Heating & Air Conditioning for a few years now. Last weekend they surpassed themselves in terms of their service. I needed to have an outdoor air compressor disconnected, reconnected and serviced very quickly due to the fact I am listing my home for sale this week. Last Saturday, I had a workman at my home to replace the wood platform the air conditioner was sitting on as the wood had rotted. He quickly determined he could not do this without disconnecting the air conditioner. I called the answering service for Dupont Heating and left a panicky message. Within one half hour, Mario responded to my call and came to my home to safely disconnect the air conditioner, thereby allowing the workman to repair the platform. Again on Monday, I implored Dupont Heating to return that same day (preferably in the morning) as the weather that day was 20 Celsius with snow expected the very next day with a severe drop in temperature. Again, Mario and his technician Alex arrived by noon on Monday, reconnected and serviced the unit which is now good to go for the summer for the new owners.

This past spring, M& R Roofing redid the entire peak on my Victorian home (new cedar shingles, new soffits, etc.). They also replaced most of the the wood on the front porch and renovated the back garden fencing by cutting down the old posts (which were too high and had rotted) , installed copper caps and replaced all the top pieces of wood around the garden fence. Maciej of M&R Roofing was thoroughly professional from the start ; he was very pleasant and responsive, provided a detailed quote very quickly and got the job done well, within the timeframe I had in mind. Throughout the process, he was available for any and all questions or concerns I had and he quickly had his team rectify some minor problems that resulted from misunderstanding within the ream. I highly recommend M&R Roofing and I will definitely use them again as I feel they are very reliable and can be counted upon to do a great job.
