Heater motherboard went bad on my one of my furnaces. Of course it was the one with the A/C. Of course it was mid July '24 and of course it was a week of 30+ temperatures. Adam came out within 10 hours. He diagnosed the problem and also diagnosed a problem with the way my A/C was connected. Replaced faulty motherboard (parts were over $1000 as they are Carrier brand and expensive) and got me back up and running. EXTEREMLY happy with his professionalism and his friendly demeanor. Got his card so I can always call him if I have any problems.
