We had an issue with water leaking into basement. Called asking for assistance asap. Plumber (Frazer) arrived later that day. He was professional, respectful of our home, and quickly identified the problem. We will call this company again when we have need of service.

Adrian was very professional and did what was required efficiently. He identified another minor safety issue and repaired that also. If I need a certified gas technician in the future, he is the one I will call, and I would definitely recommend Adrian DeMarco to my friends.

March 31, 2017 Review: Quality First Roofing We are entirely pleased with the workmanship and materials in the installation of a new roof on our residence. Michael met with us and provided an estimate that specified the type of shingles, underlay, ice and water protection and replacement vents. He also replaced a skylight with a product better than the original. We were able to research each of these suggested materials before agreeing to his offer (we had several to compare). We appreciated the way Michael dealt with us through the entire process from initial meeting to completion of the job. Michael’s crew onsite were courteous and respectful of our home. We explored options for a stone patio for a several months before we connected with Mark Sonani at Blue Circle Contractors. Mark introduced us to a range of design options, materials, and with attention to the look and feel we wanted in our backyard. We selected stone from Oaks Concrete Products. The installation had to be coordinated with other contractors (deck construction, tree removal). The project came together beautifully. Mark brought his crew in soon after the site had been cleared of old structures. Installers were excellent on site. They built a wall, around the perimeter and filled in with sand, packed hard and smooth, upon which the stone was laid with precision. The quality of the workmanship was gratifying to watch, and it was clear that they take great pride in it. Our 30-year-old house came with a crumbling deck in need of replacement. After exploring options with several contractors, we connected with Geoff Aucoin at Hickory Dickory Decks – Scarborough. Geoff helped us think through our options for design, materials, and the look and feel we wanted in our backyard. The work had to be coordinated with others (patio construction, tree removal). The project came together beautifully thanks to Geoff and his crew. Installers Ibrahim and his team were excellent on site. They removed the old deck and built the new one using a combination of cedar and composite materials (picture attached). The photo does not do justice to their skill and attention to detail in their workmanship. The LED lights built into the steps serve well at night. I am pleased to record this commendation for Lee Sanchez (Ikea Kitchen Specialist). In April 2013 we purchased a new kitchen primarily from Ikea and contracted with Lee Sanchez for installation. Mr. Sanchez delivered consistently high quality workmanship including that of subcontract tradesmen he brought in for electrical and tile work. He also offered excellent suggestions for improving our kitchen plan that followed and appreciated. In our home he conducted himself as a thoughtful person who was always respectful of our home.
