Michael and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with. We had a leak early in the year and he was the only contractor who returned my call promptly and was patient to answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and very transparent about the work. His team was friendly and courteous about their access on our property. I highly recommend their work.

A heavy storm with high winds and rain led to a vent pipe seal breaking down on our roof. The water ends up emerging on our kitchen ceiling. After reviewing HomeStars and BBB I became disheartened as some companies phones just ring and ring and others do not call back after you leave a message. I knew it was a small job but important to keep our house dry. I called Yuri at Quality Roofing. She answered immediately and then set a time on the same day to come. He did not just inspect but he completed the repair at a very reasonable price. He investigated thoroughly and put right an earlier repair fault. Yuri was polite, conscientious and true to his word. I would recommend Quality Roofing highly and will use them again myself

This is the only company who took me seriously. I received a quote from Michael 2 years ago. The contract was delayed due to unforeseen reasons at my end, but each time I reached out to Michael since, he responded and when I was finally ready to replace the skylight a week ago, Michael and his team responded with no delay. Because I explained that there was a leak at the corner of the skylight, he prioritized me and sent his foreman Igor to replace the skylight on Friday, the 24th before the major rain forecasted on Saturday. Igor completed the work in a professional manner and I could tell there was a lot he had to do to prepare to install the new skylight.
I woke up to rain Saturday morning and it rained all day, however because of the new skylight, I had no worries.

Quality First Roofing was great to work with. They were quick, clear, and helpful, and made sure that our roof was done to our satisfaction. Their whole process was easy, and the team was really lovely to work with - Nicholas in particular did a great job of taking us through the steps, what we needed, and what to expect, all with a great sense of humour.

Quality First Roofing quickly responded to my request and within a week I had a quote from Nicholas. Our home extension shingles and skylights were replaced. The team worked through the entire day and was able to finish up the project. Nicholas is easy-going; was responsive & gave appropriate recommendations; the roof looks great.

We had a great experience with Quality First in fixing our flat roof. Nicholas answered my inquiry quickly and provided a quote after a detailed review of the situation. They charge for the assessment but it's creditable against the work if hired. I had no hesitation about hiring them as Nicholas gave a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done and where the issues were.

They scheduled us in quickly completed the job over a couple of days. The roof looks in great shape now and they cleaned up as well. All the while, Nicholas kept me informed of any remaining issues I should deal with (not part of the roof). I trust them and would hire them again if I ever needed to.

He answered all my questions about brands, quality of materials, manufacturers' warranties, etc. On the day of work, he and his crew arrived exactly on time, did the job just right and left the place spotless. New roof, just like that. No fuss, no mess. These guys are fantastic! A rare find in a sea of unknowns. I'm keeping their details on hand for when our house roof needs replacing.

Great company to work with. My neighbour and I did the work at the same time. I found Michael very professional and patient. Choosing roof tiles can be hard! Nicholas was just awesome on the day and oversaw all the work. I had a small issue about 2 weeks later, that was dealt with promptly and with ease. Very satisfied with the work.

We had this company replace our roofing shingles 10 years ago. They did an amazing job so we didn't hesitate to call them when the skylights in our addition were leaking. As usual Michael the owner ensured everything was done professionally and the main roof repairs caused by racoons was repaired too. Such a great company and would not hesitate to recommend.

We called Michael one night in the late fall about a sudden leak after reading very positive reviews of QUALTITY FIRST ROOFING on Homestars. Because we were due to leave the country in a couple of days, he came out immediately the next morning, assessed the situation and thoroughly tarped the problematic part of the roof. He took photos and videos and explained recommended next steps. He was very honest about problems that might occur in the future given the way the house had been renovated in the past. Just as promised, he brought his team in in the spring and they replaced as much of the plywood as needed replacing, the shingles , the skylights and even corrected a kitchen fume head venting problem that they discovered. Everything was photographed, videotaped and all of our questions were throughly answered. Every person we encountered on the roofing team was polite, respectful and knowledgable. The job was completed in one day and the clean up excellent. Without a doubt we would recommend Michael or use him again should we require other roofing needs. He definitely knows his stuff, is articulate, operates with integrity and is very responsive. We could not be happier.
